Who is Arline Lyons?

I’m a Japanese to English translator/reviewer and localisation project manager with over 20 years’ experience identifying and resolving technical, linguistic, and cultural issues in translation and project management.

What do you do?

I turn Japanese into clear, effective English, in particular for life sciences and Japanese sake. I also help companies optimise their translation and localisation processes.

Who do you work with?

People who see localisation as an investment rather than a cost and value the expertise needed to analyse, plan, and carry out successful and efficient localisation projects. I ensure clients are involved as and when needed so that their requirements are always taken into account and the final product is fit for purpose.
