Description
The day rate gives you one day (6-8 hours) of translation, editing, quality assessment, terminology work or localisation consulting.
We’ll start the day with a call to define your objectives and clear up any questions. You can ask for updates during the day as required, then a call at the end of the day to discuss deliverables.
Realistic work for a day rate includes:
- Translation of around 2,500 Japanese characters into English
- Review of a translation of around 5,000 characters
- Translation quality assessment of around 2,500 words
- Creation of a terminology list from matched Japanese and English text of around 5,000 characters/2,500 words.
